BlockMachine’s genesis collection of Aircraft Formations, a generative art series featuring evolving digital skies.

The smart contract underpinning the artwork was designed from ground up to evolve and interact with future collections, a fresh and novel concept.

• Fingerprinted Minting: Each NFT was encoded with unique DNA, allowing them to evolve differently over time.

Pings — Mar 2023, Apr 2024

An exploratory collection of transfer of life through birth, death, projections and rebirth,

Pings, born on Bitcoin were projected onto Ethereum and later reclaimed their place as Bitcoin Ordinals.

Storyline:

• Birth of MOAP - Mother of All Pings: The DNA of all Pings was inscribed onto a single Satoshi, the smallest unit of bitcoin (Inscr. #75705)
• The Projections: Collectors chose which Pings to bring into existence on Ethereum.
• The BodyShop: An Ethereum-based mechanism that allowed Pings to be “liquefied” and assimilated into Skies, creating enhanced art pieces.
• Ethereal Echoes: Rebirth of Bitcoin-native Pings, showcasing a pioneering use of Parent-Child and Recursion mechanisms, enabling enhanced artwork and dynamic interactivity.
